Unflatter is operated by Benjamin Lipošek, a natural person established in Slovenia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “the operator” mean that person, and “you” means the person using the site. Unflatter is not a registered company.

Payment for the Unflatter Deep Report is not made to us directly. Lemon Squeezy acts as our merchant of record and is the seller on your invoice — see buying the Deep Report.

By using Unflatter you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you buy the Unflatter Deep Report, you also accept the refund and delivery policy, which forms part of this agreement, and the privacy policy describes how your data is handled.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Unflatter, and old enough under the law of your country to enter into a contract if you buy anything. The test asks you to describe yourself honestly; it is written for adults.

Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC) is our merchant of record. That means Lemon Squeezy — not the operator — is the seller of record for your purchase: it takes the payment, issues the invoice or receipt, and is responsible for charging and remitting VAT, GST or sales tax in your country. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms. We supply the product behind that sale. Support for purchases, invoices and payment disputes is handled by Lemon Squeezy as the seller of record.

• The price is €19 as a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and nothing recurs.
• Taxes are calculated and added by Lemon Squeezy at checkout based on your billing country, and are shown before you pay.
• Prices are quoted in euros. If your card is billed in another currency, the conversion rate and any foreign-transaction fee are set by your bank, not by us.
• Your card details are entered on Lemon Squeezy’s checkout and are never seen by, or sent to, this site.

There are no accounts here. A result is a ten-digit code in a URL, and a purchased report is that code plus a signed access token. Whoever holds the link can read the report, so treat it like a document rather than like a password-protected page. We email the link to the address used at checkout, and you can have it sent again at any time from /restore.

• Access links are valid for five years from the date they are issued.
• The browser that paid also keeps a functional cookie, so the report stays available in that browser without the link.
• We do not store your report. If you want a permanent copy, print it to PDF — the report page is laid out for that.
• Sharing your own report is fine. Selling access to it, or publishing it as if it were your own product, is not.

You agree not to:

• use Unflatter to screen, select, rank, hire, promote or dismiss anyone — see the disclaimer, this one matters;
• present results as a clinical, diagnostic or professional assessment of anyone, including yourself;
• attempt to bypass payment, forge or brute-force access tokens, or otherwise obtain the paid report without buying it;
• scrape, crawl or automate the site beyond ordinary browsing, or send traffic designed to degrade it for other people;
• copy the written interpretations or report text into another product, service or dataset, including for training machine-learning models;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law where you are.

The fifty test items come from the International Personality Item Pool and are in the public domain; we claim nothing over them. Everything else — the written trait interpretations, the report text and its rules, the design, the code and the name Unflatter — belongs to the operator and is protected by copyright.

Buying the Unflatter Deep Report gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read, print and keep your own report, and to share it with people you choose, such as a coach or a therapist. It does not give you the right to republish it, resell it, or reuse its text in your own products.

Your answers and your scores are yours. We do not claim ownership of them, and we do not keep them.

The full disclaimer spells this out, including what to do if the test brings up something distressing. By using the site you confirm you understand those limits.

The site is provided as it is, when it is available. We may change, improve, reword or remove parts of the test, the interpretations and the report — including after you have bought one — and we may take the site down for maintenance or for good. We do not promise any level of uptime.

If we discontinue Unflatter entirely, we will keep purchased report links working for a reasonable period, or refund recent purchases where that is not possible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Unflatter is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind: we do not warrant that the results are accurate about you, that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for any particular purpose you have in mind.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions you or anyone else makes on the basis of a result. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which for most people is €19 or nothing at all.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights in your country of residence apply in addition to these terms and are not affected by them.

You can stop using Unflatter at any time; there is no account to close. Clearing your browser storage removes any saved test progress, and clearing cookies removes the unlock cookie from that browser.

We may block access if someone is attacking the site, abusing the payment flow, or using the product in the ways listed under acceptable use. If we block access to a report you paid for and you have not broken these terms, we will refund you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, and the courts of Slovenia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may also bring proceedings there.

Before going anywhere near a court, please start at support@unflatter.com. Nearly everything — a report that will not open, a charge you do not recognise, a refund — is resolved through Lemon Squeezy as the seller of record, usually within two business days of the request reaching them. Use the contact details on your Lemon Squeezy receipt for invoices and payment disputes.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Changes apply from the moment they are published; the terms that applied to a purchase are the ones in force when you bought it.
