Support

Write to support@unflatter.com. We reply within two business days, usually sooner, in English. There is no phone line — with a product that is a link in an email, writing turns out to be faster for everyone.

If your message is about a purchase, include what you can of the following:

  • The email address you paid with.
  • The order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt, if you still have the email.
  • The ten-digit result code from your link — the r= part of the URL.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

We cannot look you up by name: there are no accounts, and the email address used at checkout is the only thing tying a person to a purchase.

Things you can fix faster yourself

  • Lost your report link. Use the resend page; the link is sent again straight away.
  • The email never arrived. Check spam and promotions first, then resend, then use your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
  • You want a refund. The refund policy explains the terms. Ask Lemon Squeezy using your receipt — they took the payment.
  • You want to know what the numbers mean. The methodology page is more thorough than any answer we could type.
  • You lost your results. Free results live in the link itself. If you did not keep the link, the fastest route is to take the test again — it takes six minutes.

Billing, invoices and tax

The Unflatter Deep Report is sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so the invoice and the charge on your statement come from them. Use the contact details on your receipt for a reissued invoice, a VAT number on the receipt, or a payment dispute. Their buyer terms apply to the sale.

Privacy requests

Data protection requests go to support@unflatter.com and are answered within one month, as the GDPR requires. Before writing, it is worth reading the privacy policy: for the test itself there is genuinely nothing for us to give you or delete, because your answers never reach us.

Anything else

Press, research, accessibility problems, a bug, a typo, or a disagreement with something an interpretation says about you — all of it goes to the same inbox: support@unflatter.com. Corrections to the written material are genuinely welcome; a couple of the sharper lines in the report exist because someone wrote in.
