What you are buying
One Unflatter Deep Report for one set of results: an extended written report generated from your ten-digit result code, for a one-time payment of €19 plus any tax due in your country. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and buying one report does not give access to reports for other results.
Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC) is the merchant of record. It is the seller on your invoice, it charges and remits the tax, and refunds are issued through it. The operator, Benjamin Lipošek, supplies the product.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate and happens in three ways at once, so no single one has to work:
- You are returned straight to your report after payment, and the browser you paid in keeps access.
- A link to the report is emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within a minute or two.
- That link works on any device, with no account or password, for five years from the day it is issued.
Nothing is posted and nothing is scheduled: there is no waiting period, no delivery window, and no shipping cost. The report page prints cleanly to PDF if you want a copy that does not depend on a link.
If it does not arrive
Work through this in order — the first two steps solve almost everything:
- Check the spam or promotions folder for the delivery email.
- Go to the resend page and enter the email address you paid with; the link is sent again immediately.
- Still nothing? Use the contact details on your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or start at support@unflatter.com, and include that receipt or the order number. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record and issues refunds. We aim to have delivery failures sorted within two business days of the request reaching them.
If a payment succeeded but the report never became available, you are entitled to a full refund — that is a failure to deliver, not a change of mind, and none of the conditions below apply to it.
The 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and the EEA normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Consumers in the UK have an equivalent 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Digital content delivered immediately is the documented exception. The right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun, provided you gave your prior express consent to that immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right — which is exactly what the checkout asks you to confirm:
You do not have to agree. If you would rather keep the withdrawal right, do not tick the confirmation and do not complete the purchase. Immediate delivery is how the report is sold; there is no delayed-delivery checkout.
If you did not consent, or the report was never made available, the withdrawal right is intact and you can exercise it by contacting Lemon Squeezy using your receipt, or via support@unflatter.com, within 14 days of the purchase. A clear statement is enough; no particular form is required.
Our refund policy
The waiver above is what the law allows us to do. It is not how we intend to behave.
Two honest caveats. Repeated refunds on repeated purchases from the same person, and patterns that look like someone systematically buying, reading and reclaiming reports, may be declined. And after 14 days we will look at what happened case by case rather than refund automatically — if something on our side went wrong, you will be refunded whenever you tell us.
This goodwill policy sits on top of your statutory rights; it does not replace them. If a mandatory consumer right in your country gives you more than this page does, that right wins.
How to request a refund
What to send
Contact Lemon Squeezy using the details on your receipt, or start at support@unflatter.com. Include the email address you paid with and, if you can find it, the order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt. One line about what went wrong is useful but not required.
What happens next
- Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record, so they issue the refund. We aim for a first response within two business days of the request reaching them.
- The money goes back to the original payment method. Your bank usually posts it within five to ten business days; the timing is theirs, not ours.
- Tax charged at checkout is refunded with the purchase — you get the full amount you paid.
Please go through Lemon Squeezy (or support@unflatter.com) before opening a chargeback. A chargeback costs a fee on top of the refund and takes longer for you; a request through the receipt settles the same amount sooner.
What happens after a refund
Your free results stay free — the test, the percentiles and the full trait interpretation are not affected by a refund and remain available at your result link.
A refunded order stops being something the resend page will send again, but the link you already hold is signed rather than tied to an account, so it does not stop working. We ask that you stop using a refunded report and delete any copies you kept. Continuing to use it after being refunded is a breach of the terms of service.
Charges, currencies and duplicates
- What appears on your statement is a Lemon Squeezy descriptor rather than Unflatter, because they are the seller of record. If a charge looks unfamiliar, that is usually why.
- Currency conversion is done by your bank. Prices are in euros, and exchange rates and foreign-transaction fees are outside our control.
- Duplicate charges — for example a double-submitted checkout — are refunded in full, immediately, on request. Tell us and we will sort it out.
- Failed payments sometimes leave a temporary authorisation hold on a card. It is not a charge and your bank releases it, usually within a few days.
Anything else about billing, invoices or VAT numbers on receipts: ask Lemon Squeezy using the contact details on your receipt, since they issue the invoice. support@unflatter.com explains the same path.
