ORDER & PAYMENTS

Simply browse our collections, select your preferred items, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready to purchase, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All payments are secure and encrypted for your safety. Credit Card : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After this period, please contact our support team as we may have already processed your order.

There could be multiple reasons for a declined payment, such as incorrect card details or insufficient funds. If issues persist, please contact your bank or payment provider.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. In case of any delays, you will be informed via email or SMS. 

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. And you can visit the Track order page also. 

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, we recommend:

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or if the print quality does not meet our standards. Refer to our “Returns and Refunds” page for detailed instructions.

Contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number and a photo of the issue for a quick resolution.

Or you can visit our contact us page to request a refund. 

No, if your item is damaged or has a print defect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Creating an account isn’t required, but it allows for a faster checkout and order tracking. You can also receive updates on new arrivals and exclusive offers.
